7 DAYS TO GO: Good afternoon :)) I am happy and frankly, a bit nervous, yet excited, to announce that I have volunteered to make a Large Celebratory Patchwork Wall Hanging. 138cms wide x 200cms high.
This will be created from mainly up-cycled materials. For some time now, people from the local community have kindly donated various fabrics, clothing, school uniform, costumes, curtains, buttons, ribbons and treasures!!
Its time to get started on 1ST AUGUST 2013, I have one month to complete it, yikes!!! At present I can visualise just how I want it to look, but as any crafter knows, you never quite know how it will all work out when taking on something new, until you start cutting and joining the fabric!!
